At the Moulin d'Asselborn-Estate you will find a cosy 15-bedroom hotel and a 4 person apartment, a gastronomic restaurant called The Ancient Water Mill aimed at local specialities; and a second restaurant called The Mill Inn proposing tasty snacks. The ancient water mill and grain milling machinery have been preserved in their original building, now the Museum of Moulin d'Asselborn. Part of the location is fit out as an art gallery. Around the Estate a learning path and the trout fishing in the stream along the hotel raise awareness for local aspects of flora and fauna.

The hotel is closed every Tuesday until 17:00, although breakfast is still available on Tuesday mornings.

The Museum of the 'Moulin d'Asselborn' - The ancient water mill wheels, still rotating, and the grain milling machinery accurately document the milling process. The visit gives an insight view about the different steps from the incoming grain to the flour, such as grinding and screening. It also shows that how early mastering of hydraulic power has initiated technical progress and development of mankind. Walking along the 'learning path' will open your eyes for the charming natural environment and highlight specific aspects of flora, fauna and geology. Panels posted along the circuit provide explanation. The Art Gallery aims at promoting artists originating from the cross border 'Grande Région', a concept encompassing territories linked by common roots and culture. Exhibitions of paintings and sculptures will alternate all over the year.

'The Ancient Water Mill' Restaurant- Sitting close to a log fire our guests will enjoy gastronomic cooking aimed at local specialities, prepared from fresh ingredients. Individual service by our waiters makes guests feel at ease and creates an excellent ambiance for family and social events, business dinners or two-to-two dates. 'The Mill Inn' restaurant, with its country-look outfit, proposes a traditional French-Luxembourg cooking.
